Terms & Conditions

  1. Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months at the Isleworth location.
  2. Please bring your voucher with you.
  3. We recommend that you book at least 4 weeks in advance.  All bookings are subject to availability.
  4. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the treatment are subject to a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.           
  5. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the treatment are subject to our cancellation policy.  
  6. Wedding Package Vouchers are currently only valid at the Neals Yard location in Notting Hill.
  7. Additional charges will apply if you wish to have a mobile service.
  8. Additional charges will apply if you decide to visit the Neals Yard store at Notting Hill (excludes Wedding Packages.
  9. Vouchers are non refundable, redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  10. Upgrades are available but subject to availability.
  11. Delivery to the UK mainland only
  12. Delivery by First Class post.- £1.50
  13. No dispatch or delivery on UK bank holidays and weekends
